I use this shop on a weekly basis. Often to be found lurking near the wool!!! U know who I am Callum. All the staff are lovely, helpful friendly and work very hard sorting out tons of stock that lands first thing on their doorstep.
I love to pop in and have a good chin wag.

Awful staff. Pretty much the worst customer service you'll find anywhere in the north east at this branch in Morpeth. Especially service at the till. Zero patience with customers who keep this business going. Top tip for this business - invest in some customer service training for staff or close the shop. I won't be returning. Awful.

Bought some self tappers,worst quality I have ever used! Rounded off,heads fell off and others snapped. Needed 16, bought two packs of 25 each,ran out with rubbish quality,esed a brand new pozi head, drilled pilot holes,everything for ease and they totally let me down! I will never buy anymore screws from there, terrible. Usually quality much better on other items.

I do DIY periodically and it has all the fittings you'll ever want. At Christmas it was full of stuff for the house at good prices. Staff are always helpful and the queing isn't that bad. I've just re-housed and got all sorts of odd and sods for the new gaff.
