a deceptively huge urban outfitters with the usual urban outfitters wares for urban outfitters lovers. i dont think i saw any staff here apart from security during my short journey to the end of the store and back towards the entrance.

The customer service at this location is sooooo horrible! Now there was a female with glasses on today that was lovely and really provided customer service but she wasn’t available when I was making my purchase but Niko was and this is the 2nd encounter with her. Niko has HORRIBLE customer service every question is answered I don’t know. How are you an employee and don’t know anything. Oh and the male that was there today same thing. They do not have good listening skills, problem solving skills and rush me when NO one was behind me. I totally forgot to order something from order in store because I was rushed. The store has the best variety but the worst service. Now welcoming at all!

The most rude employees I’ve ever experienced to work at Urban Outfitters. We were not greeted upon entering the store and never once asked if we needed help. Particularly cashier number 321755 on 8/5 07:35PM. I said “Thank You” after making a purchase and her reply was “unh huh, yeah”. My aunt received no help in the fitting room. Once completed trying on clothes, my aunt attempted to return the clothes that didn’t work out to the employee. The employee replied “What am I supposed to do with that? Put them up?” I LOVE UO and have never received such poor customer service.

Traveling around the US at the moment and have visited a few different urban outfitters stores, this one had the worst customer service of any retail store I’ve been to. No one spoke a word to us not even a ‘hi’. No assistance in the fitting rooms and even at the register not one word. No one even smiled

I went to this location after coming up to LA to visit my mom for brunch. It was very well organized and had a good selection. The employees were very welcoming, which honestly is unusual to find in an Urban Outfitters in LA lol. I was looking for carrying case for my new Instax Mini camera and a girl named Cat was super helpful and went out of her way to assist me with with the wide selection of cases. She also showed me a case of Gudetama film which is perfect for my Gudetama camera! She was very attentive and friendly and even though I left with one more item than I came in for, I'm very happy with what I purchased and I never would have found them if it weren't for her! 🙂

The manager, Crystal, was completely dismissive and rude to me and my friends when we were asking a question. She was intimidating and seemed to be irritated by our presence. Worst urban outfitters experience I’ve ever had.

Could have given me the discount of 50% off
I was just there a few days after. Had I been to the torrance one they would have accommodated in some way. This was Melrose, they are very unprofessional too laid back!
