In general most of the staff there are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is a older male member of staff who is not!!!!!
My previous visit, he was quite short in his manner, and when I asked a question about an item, he replied in an abrupt way "I don't know" and just looked at me,
Today I visited again to collect my order, and he served me. He addressed me as sir, etc, albeit very short, and as he came to the desk with my items, he read the attached receipt. As it happens he read it incorrectly, and obviously saw the confusion in my expression, as one item was different to my order. Without me saying anything, he looked at me, and said "that's what you ordered" slid the items on the desk, and walked off.
As it transpires the order was correct, it was the mistake of the Toolstation
Employee serving.
This person in my view should not be serving/dealing with the public. There is no reason to be like that. Be nice, it makes you feel better!

I think the Newton abbot branch is brilliant, all staff are great, the lady greets me with a massive smile and a hello, always happy to help, keep up the good work guys
