We booked for 10am on Wednesday , we got there and there was nobody around , after ringing the door bell and banging on the door for 10 minutes a very nice lady from upstairs came and let us in , she said its always happening and she is nothing to do with it , she put the sensory lights on for us , we had to put the fan heater on as it was freezing cold, the big screen and music was not on as she and we didn't know how to do it .
The sensory room its self is really good but like I said it was not prepared for us at all and it was really cold.
If it is prepared for us I will definitely use it again but if not then I won't.
When you have booked your slot it should be set up ready for you to use.
There was a lady before us who did not get her slot as nobody was there to let her in or open it.

I’ve been ringing for 3 days regarding a booking for today and everytime I’ve been diverted to leave a voicemail which I have done leaving my number to get back to me and nobody has bothered. Does this place have staff?
