Jeremy's wife, Lou here. Love this shop. It's packed with good, health giving and beautiful stuff and the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We can refill all our toiletries, bathroom, kitchen and cleaning liquids here and it feels good to be reducing our plastic waste. We can refill our spice jars too with high quality, fresh spices. And we can get cleaning cloths and scouring pads that are all natural too. We've bought, among other things, beautiful soaps, lip balm, toothpaste, loofas, back scrubs, vegetable scrubs, dried and canned beans, nuts, nondairy milks, delicious, organic, free range eggs, metal drinking straws, greetings cards, lovely candles, other lovely gifts and delicious chunky chocolate. The different layout makes everything even easier to access and it feels lovely and airy. The quality is consistently the best and when I walk in the shop I always feel like I'm in for a treat and I'm happy and confident I'm doing myself and my family good.

We have loved the Refilling Station since it was a market stall in Chapel Allerton. We especially love the vegan sweets, paper selotape, Tony's Chocolonely Advent calendar and the opportunity to refill our house with all kinds of great smelling and reliable stuff to keep things clean and us well fed. Recommended!

So grateful to have this fab shop on our doorstep. It is easy and convenient to buy just the volume you need to avoid waste and excess packaging and the produce is great quality. Esp. love the coffee and the range of toiletries. Have put together some lovely gift sets for friends with choc goodies and nice soaps.

Brilliant shop, everything you need to live a more environmentally aware life, great gift ideas, food and refills for shampoos to floor cleaner. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff!

Friendly and helpful. I love having such good quality products available without the plastic waste. The only downside is that I can never eat normal peanut butter again. Thanks Kirsty for the amazing peanut butter that I can make myself at your shop!

Great local shop. Brilliant place to get dry goods and specialty foods. With trying to eat vegan it has loads of great options. The staff are lovely and it makes me feel better when I go knowing I’m doing my bit for the environment by using my own containers. Would highly recommend.
