I have received no help but a rude abrupt end to my issue and questions
How Range operates with such terrible customer service is beyond me, especially in this competitive year
I had never heard of Range, but I gave it a go. Thinking that if things go wrong, I can return and have customer support from Range.
Issue costs time and effort - customer support chat, email and WhatsApp are a joke beyond anything I've come across.
It costs less in time and effort to go with a reputable well, well-known store and get the guaranteed service that is a normal standard, plus quality professional customer care added as a bonus.
With Range, it's been a headache trying to do their job for them repetitive information going round and round with no solution or resolution

Pleasantly Surprised! Visited the store after an extended period (After one year) to find it brilliantly looked after, new staff are doing good job. Store is stocked sufficiently and clean would recommend.

Decent priced items, good variety of household goods. Brought some dishes but didn't have wrapping paper which was a shame. Can be messy and have to find the correct item/price and had to check the price of something at the counter because of how disorganised the whole section was.

Drove 45 mins to get there for some Halloween bits. On display was a pop up head lady but it appeared to be the last one. I asked a member of staff if I could get it tested as I wanted to buy it. She sent me to customer services who were very helpful and friendly, they got me some batteries and the lady worked well. I said it was ok and would take it with or without a box. The lady put it through the till and said it would cost one thousand pounds as it was a display model,

Store was well organised and tidy but some of the staff weren’t helpful. I looked for about 30 minutes to find something and one lady who was rushed off her feet helped me when it wasn’t her department and she was asking for help and not getting any so we found the item together
