Lots on offer. good size and. plenty of parking and food places around to eat and drink while you are there. Only problem is getting out of the carpark due to the busy rd

A very messy store, stuff piled everywhere. Also very cluttered making it hard to get around with our buggy. I would imagine anyone with a wheelchair would find it very difficult. Ended up not buying anything because it was too messy to look around.

Always has items at a reasonable price. Our last visit was to buy a 6ft roller blind, mainly to compare the price before we went to a specialist home furnishings store and get an idea of what would match our kitchen colour-wise... but we found the perfect one at a good price so didn't go elsewhere.

Went to look at the Christmas items and was very disappointed with the display and items the had for sale. Especially disappointed as we had been to the range in Leeds a few weeks earlier and that store had a great selection of Christmas items at least 4 times the amount in lowestoft store

Super store with everything you need. Lots of festive ornaments and trimmings. Mostly things to smarten the home. This store has just opened and a great size not as big though as the store at long water but handy if you live near the coast.

It has some good quality items but not as competitive as other similar retailers for pets in my opinion, definitely worth a visit for home and kitchen.

I am elderly and disabled. I asked if they had a customer toilet. They said "No" so I had to make a mad dash to Aldi so I could go to their toilet. I should think in this day and age customer toilets should be provided.

I am completely shocked, I went to purchase a blender at 6pm on a Saturday evening. I was in the middle of making dinner when ours broke. Arrived at the store to be greeted but an extremely rude worker. They have had a delivery and the were putting out dangerous amounts of stock on the shop floor as they had no where to put it. The woman told me i can’t have a blender as it’s to much hassle to move the boxes and I should of came at an earlier time. I stated that the store was open until 8pm she agreed as said that she did not want to stay later than her shift. She then went on telling how bad the working conditions are and dangerous. They have asked management for more space for delivery’s and they won’t listen. If you have stock out covering have the shop I suggest you close. She agreed and said head office are putting them at risk and was not paid enough to deal with this as she wanted to go home on time. She ranted for about 5 minutes still no help at all. We will never use the range again. Disgusting behaviour she even said she could not be bothered.
