Wonderful staff!
The range has recently become dog friendly and I can't thank them enough! I have popped in to this store recently with my dog after a walk for so many things I would have just bought online somewhere else.

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. They are clearly under a lot of pressure with Christmas stock change over but they are all friendly and happy to assist. Brilliant store and an asset to the brand. The carpark is easy and there are plenty of spaces to go around. Brilliant store and fantastic shop in general. Me and my rescue dog love our visits!

Lack of Clearly displayed Pricing,
Odd Till layout & Shelf made Barriers that quite frankly look a mess. I used to love the range, although there prices have remained competitive, its tight squeeze around the isles. Branded food and drinks are more expensive than the supermarkets. There Saving Grace? Great Staff. Lovely & helpful. The Range gets a 1 Star - Due to the lack of Pricing on hundreds of items so if you are on a tight budget avoid at all costs as you cannot work within one.

Andover - I find there is often missing prices or incorrect prices on items and Miss leading sale information on the shelf’s.

The Manager completely agreed with this and should have charged me the price the SEL was showing but didn’t so instead was rude and rightly removed the items then when I went back in was all back on again!. In my eyes a customer should leave happy and not be spoken to like dirt.

I do like popping to the range as the prices are reasonable on most items. However I do wish they would price items better as it turns into a guessing game or looking on the website for pricing. Plus I feel they need to review the procedure of putting stock away instead of having to climb over various crates and boxes to get to an item. Seems to be the done thing there.

Quite a good range of products but many have no prices on the shelf while others have 2 different prices for the same product. Example: in the pet food aisle the same treat, with the same bar code but slightly different packaging. One was marked at just over £2 while the other was marked at just over £3. Both scanned at the higher price. Didn't have the energy to argue the point. Just won't use them again.
