Agreed to my order and delivery date but 2 weeks after I had signed the order form they said I would need to pay an extra £100 to get it on time because we took too long to pay the pro forma. They didn't communicate this until it was too late and then gave me no choice. It's a shame as we like the product and the price was good initally.

We ordered some personalised sandwich bags with our business logo on to hand out to other local businesses, they get the bags and we get advertising! The staff were very very helpful and honest with the quality of work.
Isla was super helpful in the making of our bags and Ashley was helpful on the delivery and making sure we received everything okay!
