Lovely little shop, with a variety of plain and patterned fabrics. The lady in the store was so helpful and knowledgable about what kind of materials I would need for my projects and suggested other projects too. I spent a small fortune in here and will definietly be back. Thank you!

The shop looked very enticing with a great array of fabrics and haberdashery. However, I won’t be returning as I felt disappointed to be ripped off when I was charged £9.54 by a rather sour female assistant for 3 small zips 6” , 9” & 12 “. Poor quality ones too fished out of a plastic box.
I felt that a lot of items were over priced. I do lots of sewing so try to find fair prices. The zips would’ve cost me less than £5 in Abakan. A lot of small items weren’t priced up ( including the zips) so I should’ve realised there was a reason for this 🙁

Have been in a few times now, find them to be very overpriced on most things, and made to feel like you are going to steal, even though I always buy something as I’m made to feel like I don’t belong in there. Now I have to travel to Sutton or Tamworth. Shame really as I would really prefer to support local businesses....

Good choice.. BUT very over priced on everything and the shop owner is very snooty go to the Hole in the wall instead.
