I recently hosted my daughter's 8th birthday slime-making party at Pink Parachute, and it was an amazing experience! The team was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Really sad to write this review as we had a lovely day painting pottery and spending over £100+ only for the THIN PAPER bag with four large items all compactly wrapped in literal paper, NO bubble wrap or any protection…for them to completely smash into pieces once leaving the shop. The worst part is the insincerity of the Staff who were uninterested due to the fact the items left the door of the property. Really upsetting as we had a lovely time and had planned to go again but due to the poor packaging and rude customer service, I have to rate this 1 star, a little more kindness would have been much appreciated.
Anyone looking to go here be warned take your own protection for your items!

I've been here a few times, always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The last visit was for a glass fusing workshop which was lots of fun and I would reccomend! The toilets are clean. So many options here, not just pottery! Thank you 🙂

My friend had arranged for us to go pottery painting on Thursday evening. Unfortunately I have woken up and tested positive for Covid today.
She contacted first thing asking if we can move our session due to this (this is notification 2 days in advance) and was told no, staff stated its a non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, (we didnt at any point want a refund as we were both really looking forward to going).
I understand non-refundable however what a shame that there's no flexible approach around this when it comes to illness - such as covid. We tried doing a responsible thing and informing them of our situation and were met with a very disappointing outcome and unhelpful attitude.

Highly recommend The Pink Parachute. Fantastic service and great range of activities to choose from. They even made it possible for my daughter to celebrate her birthday there today although they usually only offer that on Sundays. Thank you so much for that!
