Fantastic company, great community to be part of. I’ve placed many orders and everything arrives perfectly, well packaged and the wool & kits are of beautiful quality! Customer service is excellent and very quick response times. So excited for my advent calendar & all the Christmas crafts and kits I have lined up!! Made my first kit over a year ago, Bertie Bunny. It was the first time I had tried felting and liked the idiot proof instructions 😉.

Very often in some other sellers shops I have seen lovely photos of products, but I was disappointed with real item. Crafty Kit Company is very truthful, reliable and professional. Outstanding customer service, high quality products, good communication, helpful if you have any questions, quick delivery, good prices, adding some extra gadgets as a gift. Having seen photos of the flower kits, I decided to buy three, hopefully so they would make a nice arrangement. I was not disappointed. The kits are brilliant, easy to follow instructions and the results stunning. You do not need to be skilled as there is no sewing involved, just a pair of scissors and I used a glue gun. I shall be making more and giving them as gifts too. Thank you Crafty Kit Company 😀

I saw Crafty Kits on Facebook awhile back and decided to order the Baby Bunny kit. I received it fairly quick and found a you tube video to learn how to make this kit. I love needle felting. So calming and satisfying. I like that you can literally sculpt wool into such amazing things. I ordered 2 more kits. They have a great selection and are carefully packaged and sent. I love this company! Decided to treat myself to the Advent kit for the first time, which arrived yesterday. A gorgeous reusable bag absolutely crammed with exciting little parcels, each with a little rhyming clue as to what could be hidden inside. I can’t wait for the first of December! The level of detail put into everything single thing they produce is second to none. Highly recommended, from a long standing customer.
