Had a great visit to The Art Shop. The staff were busy but had time to help us sort out the best options for gifts for kids. And there in a bit of of motivational chat encouraging me to do a bit. For a small space it carries a lot of kit and there's more on their web site. Well worth going to Skipton for. And I'm sure we will be back.

A very reasonably priced art store I get all my stuff from them.
I ordered from them online with a discount coupon when It didn't work I sent them a email they responded promptly and fixed the problem.

Highly recommend this art shop! A lovely, inviting shop with very friendly staff who helped me with my order. Not all my items were available in store, but I was able to pop in the next day after they had been picked up very kindly by the owner which was wonderful.
As a visitor to the area, also got great advice for places to visit. Thanks very much for your help again!

Excellent customer service and assistance from both the shop and the on line ordering department. I ordered an item on line on their web site as a birthday present for my wife, but I was very disappointed when it arrived damaged. I spoke with a young lady called Amy in the on line ordering department who was excellent. She dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently and her customer service was first class. I spoke with her at quarter to two in the afternoon and by nine o’clock the following morning there was a courier at my door with a replacement item in time for my wife’s birthday. First class service and I will be using this company again.
