Do NOT order online: Buyer Beware

I placed on online order just for them to tell me the item is ready for pickup and then when i show up they say it's not ready and would need me to cancel the order and pay in store instead to get my item, thus pkacing two holds on my card for the one item i need.

Even bringing the item to them in order for them to fulfill the order would not work, and i would have to wait two hours for the fullfillment department to complete my order.

Target Optical knows customer service! Both the ladies at the front desk checking customers in were so very kind. Dr. Huang was also very gracious and knowledgeable. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!

Whoever is answering the phone for the target guest services/ order pickup/ drive up department today needs to be fired immediately. I have never come across this bad of customer service in my life. They had the worst attitude and tone I was actually shocked they would let someone answers phones like that.
