Amazing service. I have struggled for many years with Ill fitting rental boots. Enzo measured up my feet and got me sorted with a great pair of boots. After testing them out they weren't quite right and they were more than happy to tweak them for free. If you struggle with rental boots these lads will sort you out.

An unbelievable difference, worth every penny. Always struggled with severe arch pain despite multiple boot fittings and custom insoles. Went to Surefoot as a last ditch attempt. They sorted me out with a new custom insole for my current boot and the difference has been night and day, the first time I’ve ever had zero arch pain. Will be going back for the full works when my current boots have worn out.

The best ski boot and insole fitters in London. Genuine experts at what they do, great service and super helpful. I bought my ski boots from them 15 years ago - which are still going strong - and just had the insoles adjusted. Perfect job as usual. Recommend.

My only regret is that I didn't go to them 35 years ago! They modified a very narrow ski boot now perfectly to my wide foot. So comfortable now that I was ready to go to bed still wearing the boots after a long day on the slopes. Can't thank them enough!

Customer service like no other. I had some issues with my pair of boots, some heavy pressure on the top of my foot while skiing. I called the guys up and was given immediate support and advice while abroad. After not being able to resolve the issues I gave them a visit and after analysing, was given and entire new set of boots to suit my feet better, 100% free of charge. Kevin and Tom are absolute professionals and extremely generous with their time. Could not recommend more, they don’t disappoint
