This business is a complete shambles. I ordered my sons uniform in mid July. That experience was poor in itself. The guy frankly could not be bothered, offered no help or assistance and was too busy joking around with another member of staff when I was asking for help. Eventually I ordered 2 jumpers and some polo shirts. Last week I hadn’t heard anything so called up and spoke to Caroline who said she would “chase it up”. A week later and I hadn’t heard anything so I left a message, no one called back. Called again today to ask what’s going on as my son starts school in 3 days. I was told the jumpers are on back order to mid September (why didn’t anyone let me know) and the polos were ready. I’ve just been to pick them up and it’s complete chaos. The polo tops are white when they are supposed to be green. A complete joke when I ordered well in advance and clearly the member of staff who took the original order was too busy messing around he got it wrong. I was never sent a confirmation so couldn’t check. I will absolutely never buy anything from this company again. Terrible customer service and now my son starts school with no uniform.

Fantastic service which seems to be rare to find these days. I emailed Stitch a logo, had a quick reply. Popped in and was greeted by friendly staff. Had an item printed and collected within the hour which was incredible and at a great price also. Would highly recommend.

Had to ring regarding an admin vortex issue, guy on the end was very accommodating and was able to rectify the issue quickly. The location has plenty of space to park for collection of items.

Different times of the year will differ on speed, but prior to term starting they were all still quite quick with helping people.

I would have thought they'd have 1 or two items in over stock for purchase or replacement if damaged due to the term turnarounds. But netherless all good service.
