My favourite Starbucks out of everyone by far, lovely two ladies working today , brunette and coloured pink or red hair.
Always friendly, always correct order and taste the best!!

Ordered on the app for collection. Received my order promptly as there was no queue but the drinks themselves were very disappointing. Ordered a gingerbread latte with oak milk which tasted very watery and can barely taste gingerbread. Also ordered a cortado that arrived in a flat white sized cup full to the brim. Also did not not taste very nice, watery, not nice.

Got there just before it closed and Ollie was very nice and polite, despite probably having a very busy day. He didn't even ask for my NHS badge (he saw I was tired and dead behind the eyes) and wished me a good rest of day. Such a simple thing, but it made me happy and very appreciative of my coffee! Thank you, Ollie, I hope you get a raise! (The coffee was spot on too!)

Quick and easy rest stop, car parking is shared with the travel lodge so not always easy to get parking. We had hot chocolate yummy, warm and refreshing, first time I tried the cheese and ham toastie wasn’t for me, personally I think it lacked flavour but was ok for a mid-day snack (wouldn’t buy again)

A Starbucks is a Starbucks right?
We know the brand we know they sell coffee but like any other company they are all about the "customer experience" and this store delivered.

Location... convenient near a travel lodge, on a main road into Norwich Great Yarmouth or towards the broads and petrol station near by. We know they sell superior coffee so I don't need to mention its also near McDonald's so for me personally I love it.

I love the layout inside and the seats outside providing the alfresco feel or fine dining almost inside.

Great place for small meetings, seeing clients, friends, significant other or another or simply time our for yourself.

I loved the new protein pots as a great alternative and applaud Starbucks for these.

Price wise it is what it is and what we come to expect from a high end chain however make use of their customer cards the app and look out for deals that come up.

I would definitely reccomend and look forward to visiting again.

We visited the Starbucks in Acle nr Gt Yarmouth. It was filthy! The worst Chai Latte I've ever had, it was like tea!! We were told to take our dog out as dogs are not welcome and it says so on the door. No sign on either doors about dogs! Very disappointed as Starbucks have always allowed us to bring our dog in and I've always experienced a cleanliness at various Starbucks until this visit!

We stopped off here for refreshments and the young woman that served us was so very kind and helpful. I wish we'd got her name as she really was a credit to the company. I wanted a pistachio iced coffee and they had run out. She offered an alternative and added that if I didn't like it then she would swap it for me. Lovely clean facilities and a delicious iced coffee served with a delightful manner. Thank you 😊

The caramel latte was lovely and thick and creamy. A tad tastier than Costa. Would of got a five star if the server wasn't on the phone while serving. We are all busy but go out the back and sort out what you have to do on the phone even if it is to do with work. Sorry just my opinion.
