The staff members reluctantly brought us the right sizes, but hey, it was just the matter of time.

Lindsay was absolutely careless and unprofessional. She didn’t greet us, didn’t ask if we wanted a bag, and was too busy chatting with other customers while serving us. No effort, no basic manners, she should not be in customer service. Awful experience!

I bought adidas jogging pants and within a week it's colour faded I didn't even washed it. But manager refused to refund me while I had the trouser and receipt with me I said you should send this back to the factory so they could check it because people are paying high prices for better quality not for this kind of stuff. But manager was racist and ignored me. I was so disappointed by their service.

This store is an exception. Fully stocked and a very good variety of brands considering USC is their flagship store that’s merged within the same premise.

An excellent service 👌

It was extremely busy though unfortunately majority of customer reps were busy i eventually found a young lady that got me a person to sort out what I needed, Rob was his name who sorted my sportswear out then asked Riz if he could sort my footwear out.

Riz is extremely knowledgeable, asking questions of what sport or fitness was I going to be doing which meant what support did I need for my feet.

The good news is he knew his stuff meaning I wasn’t taken to the most expensive trainers!!

Riz is A quality customer service representative, very knowledgeable and customer focused as well as being very enthusiastic 👍

The service at the till was extremely good also.

Good size car park, great building with lots of choice for all.

All in all a very good service in which I will recommend to many people.
