We recently purchased a solar powered Whitehall Lamp Post to go on our decking but couldn't switch it on. The instructions were not clear, but after speaking to Wendy in customer services and a quick anti clockwise turn of the top plate, the power button was clearly obvious. Problem solved in a matter of seconds and Wendy could not have been more helpful

A solar-powered water feature was bought for us as a gift. Unfortunately, after approx 2 months it stopped working. Contacted Customer Services who could not have been more helpful. Issue sorted within the week. Tracy at CS was very helpful and understanding. Excellent!

I received two flame solar lights for Christmas. Unfortunately they did not work. Contact customer services Lady by name of TRACY responded .Within a week she had replaced them.

Purchased a pack of Bottle it triple pack bottle lights. When opened one battery had erupted. Emailed the company and within 2 days a replacement battery had been posted out to me. Great customer service and great products. Thank you
