Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name.
Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning.
Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately.
Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home.

Purchased some sliding mirrored wardrobe doors from Screwfix direct. My husband Installed them today and we couldn't be happier with the quality of them. Good. Some products are very well priced. Availability quite good. Bury branch isn't particularly good for access and service tends to be rather slow not helped by Covid precautions overall but I find them slower and less convenient than other outlets in the area.

One star deducted for having had no stock of various items three times, but otherwise, the service has been very helpful and patient with my ignorance and need for advice every time. In particular, thank you to Jordan and Lisa for their help over the safe use of an angle grinder. My only other concern is the difficult access to your premises past a very busy alloy wheels garage, but as our nearest main tools and building equipment supplier, I will be visiting again 🙂

Always seem to have what is needed, part of B&Q companies I think but prices often cheaper for same item. Helps if you order online for click and collect but are open for walk in. Car park can get chaotic at times due to other units and limited space
