A brilliant shop, what we’ve needed in Oxford for a very long time got a loads of crafts, food utensils, bakery essentials, candles, old fashioned sweets and more! Well worth a visit!

Such a shame! They sell some nice things at, it seems, good prices. But heaven help you if anything's wrong: the staff certainly won't. We bought a soap dispenser, but when we got it home realised it had a small crack. I returned 2 days later to exchange it (something most shops would do quickly and without fuss); not only did they refuse to do so, but the staff member I spoke to was rude and abrasive, implying that I'd broken it myself, and stacking up a string of excuses. Quite possibly the worst customer service interaction of my life.

Friendly staff, interesting items. Great if you’re wanting a few inexpensive items to set up your home that won’t break the bank. Also great for art stuff for kids. Some nice stationary too. I actually think it’s fun and actually affordable and for me that goes a long way at the moment when there is so much tension from bills and mortgage!!

It's like a miniature IKEA. Ghastly little maze designed to make sure you walk past all the over priced goods. I couldn't wait to get out: but that took a while.
