Came into this store a few times and I am always surprised with something interesting and new for sale. The staff are kind and welcoming. I have had issues in the past with other stores so every time I walk in here it is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you for all the helpful staff instore especially Sahar for the great customer service. I would definitely recommend coming to this store for any of your stationary needs or just to browse you'll definitely find something cool.

What are you calling a Customer service?
The people who are not even making an effort to help with finding an item? They do not bother to know their own store shelves! Chewing gum when dealing with customers? Slapping a desktop in a rhythm with loud music?
I found a greeting card I needed, spending much longer than I needed, and when I approached the till- I was moved twice, because not all tills were accepting cash and I was overcharged of £2.30! (luckily I've asked for the receipt).
I came back to show their error and to my surprise - no apologies were given and to my horror a cashier refused to give me a change in 10 pence one coin (it was complicated to count and gave me 1 penny instead - of 10! £2.79 I gave her for a card for £2.69), slamming the till and told me " till is closed now".
This visit left me speechless!
Stay away from this store! And if you will be using it - check the price of your purchase, ask for your receipt and calculate the change yourself should be given.

I stopped by Ryman Design looking for masking tapes, but they didn’t have any. Luckily, the two friendly girls working there were super helpful and pointed me to a nearby store that had them. Even though I didn’t find what I needed, their great customer service made the trip worth it. I’d definitely go back for other things!

I like the layout. It looks small from the outside, but is quite spacious once inside. There's stuff in this branch that I haven't seen in their other stores. I arrived near to closing time, but the staff was patient and didn't rush me while I was gathering up the items I wanted to purchase. I was very impressed with their professionalism.
