It is always a treat to visit the Royal Academy as their curation of art is second to none. The Brazil Exhibit was limited only by the mediocre art, but the RA itself looked great. One of Londonā€™s great galleries.

Went to the exhibition of Michelangelo, Leonardo and Raphael. An exhibition more for collectors and experts, rather than the average art lover, I think. Bringing together so many drawings based around two significant commissions is an achievement, indeed. And interesting to put these three side by side. More context required perhaps to look at their relationships and attitudes to one another. I think that Raphael does not shine in this company now; but we need to see their relative ages and experience in 1504 emphasised.

Storied art institution with always interesting exhibitions. I loved the current exhibition on Brazilian modernism which shines a light on a neglected part of modern art history (at least outside Brazil).

The Royal Academy of Arts is based here in Burlington House. They always have a summer exhibition on, and there is always something to see here at other times of the year. There is a place to eat and drink, lifts and toilets are available. It's definitely a place to visit for the art lover.

Attended the summer Royal Academy Exhibition 2024

This is a paid exhibition at Ā£22. Per person with price book included.

The exhibition has over 1500 original pieces.
This massive collection represents some of the best artists in the country and indeed across the UK.

We came to see artist from Northern Ireland that had been accepted.

The quality is high and we spent over an hour going through the various rooms.

Well worth the visit
