Rewarding experience! I came in after going to a few tire places ( with disappointment ) to get a set of ALL TERRAIN TIRES. I was met by my salesman Kyle M. He went above and beyond making sure that my needs were met. The GM Kendra was helpful as well. She made sure that I was more than happy with my sale, very courteous, knowledgeable about products, and the process… but made me feel like I invested, and not just spent money. I am more than happy about the way I was handled. Both employees had/have great customer service, and I would highly recommend this location for your tire/rim/wheel needs! A+
Might I add that the restroom and the store were exceptionally kept! Keep it up Rim X. 2 great employees were sighted at this Central Ohio location! Great job!

Very unprofessional people. I had a scheduled appointment confirmed on the phone by an employee. Came to the shop the next day for my appointment after driving an hour and they told me I don’t have an appointment scheduled. Even though I should him the time stamp of the phone call the guy didn’t even care. Don’t recommend this place. They are very unprofessional.

Went in and ordered rims then when they were supposef to be in i was told that due to the cost I had to put more down before they could order. So I ended up putting over double what I was originally quoted down and then wait a month. Then after finally getting my wheels and tires which they were unable to balance I realize they damaged my 3000 dollar rims installing the tires because there tech is lazy and is using a towel with holes to pad the machine now where the machine grabs the rims it has teeth marks in my rims which the salt has already began to oxidized bc they screwed up the protective coating. Very upsetting your supposed to be a custom rim shop and can't not damage rims and now I can't get anyone on phone

Mark and Kyle were so professional and awesome…. I originally came In Saturday July 8th because I had a cracked rim.. Mark gave me a referral to a welder that he knew so I could get rim repaired…. I decided Monday to go back and get 4 new rims. Mark explained everything to me and within being there a hour I was leaving with a new pair of rims with and awesome and affordable monthly payment plan. Customer service was a ten out of ten…

Called for some tires they said they had them in stock went to the location literally the next day they acted like they didn't want my business first told me they didn't have my tire size, then after I explained what I was told the day before he went in the back and came out with more excuses on why couldn't mount the tires. I won't waste my time again

Had a wonderful time at rim tyne....my experience was beautiful with Brice the mechanic...Kendra the manager and kyle....it was a challenge with the wheels on the Benz...but they made it happen for me and excellent customer service...Recommend Rim Tyme to anyone looking for shoes for there car.
