My bike has been repaired/serviced by Ride On twice this year. First, they replaced and tightened several spokes on my back wheel, before truing the wheel. Where others had bodged repairs, and in one case, suggested a new wheel, the work done by Ride On was excellent. The wheel remains solid and true. More recently, I popped the bike in for long over due winter tuning. To say that I was delighted by the outcome would be an understatement. My bike rides like new - a real early Christmas present. I would definitely recommend the guys at Ride On - now my go to for all my bike needs.

I recently went to the bike shop for some tyre sealant fir a motorcycle. The man behind the counter advised me and even though he could have sold me a product and made a sale but instead he advised me that it wouldn't suit my needs . Would recommend this place to anyone that isn't sure and doesn't want ripping off.

Rang up to have my di2 shift lever looked and Craig managed to fit me in really quickly. After inspection, a spring on the small shifter was jammed and the team managed to sort it within a day. I visited due to the shop being a Shimano Service Centre, via Canyon bikes, and the knowledge from Craig and the team was excellent. I'll definitely take my bikes here to get them serviced from now on.

Went there today to fix my tyre and the customer service of both gentlemen was amazing. Less than 20 minutes they solved my problem. I definitely would go back again. Really recommend this place. Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
