An extremely considerate member of the Support Team I called up to speak to, went over and above recently and has proven to be an absolute legend.

I was looking to order some spare parts to try and repurpose an existing bit of re-strap kit, and needed to know exactly what fittings they used for the bar bag snack pouch to make sure I was ordering the right parts. Having been patient enough to listen to me talking through how I hoped to make a mounting plate so that I mount the snack pouch at the rear of my Brompton handlebars (3L of accessible storage and Brompton fold preserved) he agreed to send me a coupe of waste plastic offcuts with my parts order.

The resulting custom rear snack bag holder held up and worked perfectly for the duration of my Rhone Source to Sea trip and yielding all the benefits of the original clever quick release design. Great for passport, wallet and all the other stuff you need to hand but want to be grab and take with you when you order a coffee.

Roll on the next tour in October, and many more miles as a very satisfied customer.

Had my small Restrap frame bag for many years and have travelled many miles with the bag carrying tubes, tools, minor spares and an assortment of bits and bobs. Unfortunately on refitting the bag, after a bike wash and lube, one of the strap retaining clips broke and even the the bag was still functional I contacted Restrap to ask if I could purchase a new clip. I got a very speedy reply saying that rather than provide a clip they would prefer to repair it in house. Restrap offer a lifetime guarantee on all there products so, whilst I thought it might be a bit of an overkill for a plastic clip, I sent my bag back to Restrap. A few weeks later and my bag was returned and oh boy! I was truly convinced that the guys up in Yorkshire had simply replaced the bag for a brand new one and contacted them to say thank you but it wasn't a new one it was my original bag. Not only had Restrap replaced the broken clip with a new stronger looking clip they had replaced both strap clips and, unbelievably, had replaced all the internal pockets that had worn away from carrying my bits and bobs, truly amazing. The bag looks brand new and I know it's going to last me several more years/miles after such a comprehensive repair, thanks guys. If there's any doubt about the Restrap products believe me they are hardwearing, strong robust and so worth using. I bought a Race Top Tube Bag a couple of months ago and it’s been amazing, rock solid on the bike.
After a 200k Audax ride last Sunday I noticed that the side mesh pocket had a hole where it stitched into the bag.
I emailed Restrap with some pictures and very quickly had a reply with a return postage label from Elliot in customer services advising that he would get a replacement out to me. I parcelled up my bag and dropped it off at the post office this morning and on the mat when I got back was the replacement bag.
Amazing service from Restrap and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know 5⭐️

I've been using Restrap kit for a few years now and you just know it has been designed by people that use it. It just works perfectly.

Purchased on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday in mainland UK. I didn’t expect it to arrive that quickly. The bag is elegantly simple. Very well designed, rubberised Velcro attachments to the frame. Narrow body so it doesn’t rub against your knees. Proper zip with toggle so you can easily open and close while riding. The extra money spent on this bag vs something £10 cheaper off Amazon is evident in how well constructed it is. Very happy!
