I absolutely LOVE this shop!! This review will be long so bear with me...

I bought an eco laundry egg from a supermarket after reaching cheeper and more environmentally friendly detergent options but in supermarkets you can only get the scent Fresh Linen. Not in Reeds Refillery!! I bought a beautiful Orange Blossom and a British Blooms but there were at least 6 scents to choose from.

I also switched from pump hand soap and banished the plastic bottles that come with to switch to soaps. Reeds do a huge selection of brands of varying very reasonable prices, scents and multi purpose soap bars. All in cardboard packaging or naked! I use a variety of their soaps, conditioner bars and shampoo bars. I have to avoid tea tree and all of the labelling is super simple to see the ingredients and pick a rash free bar for me! My personal favourite is the Faith in Nature Dragon Fruit. It is heavenly! Sweet without being sickly.

I recently bought an olive wood soap dish with little drainage holes in for my bathroom. My soaps are beautifully displayed and don't go soggy!

I haven't got a big beauty regime but I habitually use eye cream. I used the last of my Lush 'Enchanted' the other day and bought one from Reed's named UpCircle Eye Cream and OH MY GOODNESS! After a few applications it's clear there is nothing enchanted about my previous choice! I have made a permanent switch to UpCircle. It does what it says on the (refillable) jar. Plumps, brightens and smooths.

I also buy incense from Reeds. They're not heavy and lingering. The distribute across a room evenly, there isn't tons of smoke and they're long burning. The citrus ones for the kitchen after a garlicky meal are great at freshening up the room and the jasmine ones are lovely in the bathroom for unwinding.

I can't rave enough about this shop and it's wonderful owner. I signed up to the rewards too. No marketing emails. Just vouchers. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Amazing shop that I don't use often enough. I did manage to come in last week and got some bits for my baking which were much cheaper than the supermarket and I only had to buy what I needed so no waste. I picked up cookie and cake as well naughty but nice. Next time I will make a proper list of the things I need because there is such an extensive range. Oh and choc mini eggs were fabulous!

A spice and herb selection that is amazing

Then there is the cleaning, personal care and snacks.

Bring your own containers or use the stock of jars that are always available.

Measure what you want and not have to worry about food waste.

All of this and at competitive prices that are always checked against supermarket prices.

Oh, and the customer service is friendly and welcoming.

This shop is amazing! So lucky to have a zero waste and refill shop in Chorley. Steph stocks so many amazing products including loads of local businesses stock as well.

I am now able to buy so many of my household items plastic free! Steph is also constantly adding new products based of customer feedback.

I love it here! Hugely recommend the shop. I visit on a weekly basis now. PLUS you can get delicious old soul bakery items fresh every week! What’s not to love!

Local refill shop that sells food, shampoo, soap, herbs, spices, sweets, nuts and so much more and excellent quaility. Buy only as much as you need and reduce the need for plastics. The locally made items support the community and make perfect gifts.

My daughter and I (she's 5) love coming here and filling up our containers. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The range is excellent and everything seems to smell extra fresh because its not been stored in plastic for months. The coffee is lovely - and they grind the beans for you there and then - perfect!
