I contacted Prints On Wood the week of Valentines Day. I was interested in having a photo of my husband and I blown up on wood to hang above the piano. We just moved into a rental after selling our home faster than expected. After a really hectic and crazy year, I wanted something special. I ordered a print as a gift and it wasn’t delivered (either stolen or never dropped off) and Jo at Woodsnap was super helpful in getting a replacement and making sure it was delivered (with signature). I had a wonderful experience with WoodSnap. Before placing my order, I called to ask a question and they returned my call promptly. I was wondering if there would be any problem printing my skin color, as a Black woman. Julie from WoodSnap was very responsive and my prints turned out great. She gave me the option of seeing a proof before it was printed and I approved it. The shipping and handling were also timely and great. I will be ordering more prints from WoodSnap soon. I do not "do" reviews but this is a truly exceptional company so here I am.
From start to finish...
Top tier quality control-I have purchased prints from this company twice, these occasions were years apart, and they have continued to exceed expectations. The staff- I do not recall having ever experienced such incredible customer service. The products- they go out of their way to ensure that your package remains pristine until it arrives at your door and the prints are absolutely beautiful. Bottom line-I absolutely love this company. If you require your photograph or artwork "printed" on wood or tile or if you want to create a truly special gift, please do yourself a favor and work with prints on wood.

Honorable mention: Julie with customer support is absolutely fabulous. If all companies had a Julie I truly believe the world would function much more smoothly. She is exactly the kind of person any brand would want to have represent them. I honestly wish that I could hire her myself.

I bought two bamboo photo blocks for Mother’s Day. There were some complications placing the order and customer service (Julie) was excellent in resolving them quickly and getting the order delivered on time. Really excellent service and quality.
