We stayed here for two nights & we found the hotel to be pleasant & clean. The breakfast service was very good on our first morning, the second morning was very busy due to the amount of guests staying. The two lady's checking us in on the Friday we're very helpful & friendly. Breakfast staff on our second day were a little unsure of what they should be doing, this could have been down to the amount of guests.

Nice and great and tidy and lovely. Except for one thing, there is no footpath in the car park. How dare this car park company charge us for parking there, when they put us at risk, whilst parking there. The hotel on the other hand are great.

Use premier inn's around UK and this without doubt has to be the worst for experience.
Virtually no staff on Christmas eve.
Car park fees even though you're staying plus if you haven't got your car registered with 20 mins you get fined
Self check in machines constantly crashing
Had to ring bell and shout for assistance as only member of staff was in back office.
Loads of people all turned up at check in and so chaos followed
Bar was permanently closed
Restaurant closed
Breakfast was missing many items that should of been there and even though its next to a huge tesco nothing was stocked so I suggest you don't bother paying out for breakfast as it wasn't worth it. People were asking for refunds due to the lack of supplies.
Boxing day the young cook was making gestures to smack customers asking for refunds while his Co workers laughed.
Hotel room had stains on floor dirty shower rusty soap dispensers which were empty and the heating for the room didn't work properly.
I've been to premier inns that are old or in need of updating and they beat this hotel massively. It's only 2 years old and already is in a state.
I won't be returning to this hotel again as I've tried it 2 years running and both times now I've come away very disappointed.

Friendly staff, usual good beds and reasonable food found in Premier Inns. As per usual, ask for rare if you want medium steak.

As a frequent user of Premier hotels, this has been the worst experience I have had by a long way. The hotel seems to be managerless; there seems to be no system of accountability amongst the staff. Requests are ignored, room servicing is not done despite requests, the heating system is micro-managed on the whim of the staff member on shift. It is grossly understaffed with the restaurant closing for evening meals without notice. It would only take one serious event here to create a catastrophe for the clients. I did not feel safe here and certainly did not feel valued as a customer. Whoever is responsible for this hotel needs to be replaced, whether that is at local or regional level. All this at a comparatively expensive rate for this type of establishment.

Arrived at 3pm, room wasn't ready which is fine. However, when we got in the room it was still very dusty and a empty coke bottle was under a chair. So had it been cleaned? The facilities of the room are good, nice and modern. Very comfortable bed! And lovely shower and complimentary shower gel.

The staff polite and helpful. The lift has a great security measure, as only residents can use with room key. So that was a nice safety measure.

We paid for a meal deal, however this wasn't available as kitchen was closed in the evening. Not sure why, no explanation given but got a refund. We just settled for the breakfast buffet, which was ok. The food items for the English breakfast were cold. But the continental bit was nice and fresh.

Overall, not bad. But could be better.

You know what you’re getting with Premier Inns. Comfy beds, clean rooms, a bath, tea and coffee..and a good value breakfast. It was quiet, despite being next to a busy main road. We’ll be back.

What a great premier inn, we regularly stay at premier inns and this is now one of our favourites, the foods good and the staff are amazing. Our stay is for three nights while we move our son to the area from Sussex and we will definitely be staying here when we visit and will tell our family to as well
