Recorded seven tracks at Power House Studios, we are very pleased with the results.
Studio Engineer Max McNulty is extremely helpful and great to work with. The studio its self is a good size with a great live room with separate vocal booth. We record live instrumentals and vocal tracks with the vocals being added later.

We recorded after a 40 year haitus. Great facilities, all very friendly. Max, the Engineer couldn't have been more helpful. We'll definitely use Powerhouse again.

We had our daughter’s 11th birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic. When I first enquired, Danny invited us down to take a look around and talk through how things would work on the day. The girls had such a great time recording their chosen songs and partying together on the day. Both Danny and Max were effortlessly kind, friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure the girls and I all had the best time and an experience never to be forgotten. All in all, great value, fantastic experience and very highly recommended

First experience of this studio. Equipment was very poor. Drum skins almost useless. Amps very basic.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking wasn't the best as only limited spaces.
Worst part was you could hear the neighbour band really loud so can be distracting.
PA seemed ok to good. Bonus point for having studio lighting in the room to use. Minus a point for not having drummer discounts. So it's a flat cost for each room. Though I liked the online booking service.

First off we used powerhouse studios for rehearsals or just plain old having a fun jam with my mates. Our experience so far is a positive one because we are provided with adequate space, amps a mixing board, 2 mics stands and stools and a lot of power outlets for our pedal boards. If there is anything else we need we just ask whoever is there for something and its usually no hassle to replace items. They are very helpful chaps there. They set up drum kits for us if we dobt have our drummer, they set up PA equipment too. We always end our night with that very familiar buzz, a familiar energy of having done something fun. Note. The road towards the studio needs paving.

Plenty of parking, easy load in and Jack and the team are always on hand for professional and experienced back up, assistance and suggestions. We love Room 6, a little more expensive, but great PA and good sounding room.

We took our 9 year old daughter there for a birthday celebration and could not have been more pleased. Powerhouse efficiently arranged everything beforehand and Danny and the team could not have been more professional. Jo was able to knock the birthday party's voices and dance skills into shape in no time at all. The audio results were very impressive for such a short time (we've not seen the video yet but are not expecting to be disappointed). All of the girls in the party had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thanks Powerhouse for your hard work, it was much appreciated! We could not recommend it more highly.

Drums were missing lugs on the heads, missing feet on the bass drum and the snare that I was provided with was choked to hell.

Guitarists reported needing a lot of cleaning to get their gear into a satisfactory condition after I've session there. It's like they haven't used a vacuum cleaner there in decades.
