I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight.
The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight.

I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money.

It was a good experience and very helpful.

Use this shop regularly as it stocks a good range of dog food and treats. Staff are absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable about the products. They always greet our dog by name if she comes in with us and make a fuss of her.

Our second time with Dogwood Groomers......great service lovely staff . Can't comment on price as we were let down at short notice and we opted for location and comments/reviews left by previous clients for our first visit. We are so satisfied that we won't be going anywhere else .

I don't normally get around to writing reviews, so that would say a lot about how good the Addlestone/New Haw team is. Took our puppy in for his first groom yesterday and not only did they do a sterling job with the slightly nervy and wriggly little fellow (he looks great!!!), but they were all super friendly and helpful - as they all always are in there. They all clearly know their stuff and love what they do - it shows. They're always so welcoming and friendly, too - which really makes a difference. I have seen other grooms for slightly less £ but would choose here for the above reasons regardless of price. Great team - thank you from us and Toby.
