Staff need to be trained in how to sex male and female animals correctly, went in to buy 2 male baby rabbits for my ten year old daughter. Started to box them up and the member of staff who was dealing with the sale suddenly wasn’t sure of the gender. She then asked me what did I think? At the start of the sale, she assured me that they were both male.we then asked if we could buy the other two bunnies that they had there and the manager refused as they were closing soon. We left the store with my ten year old daughter in tears 😡 all staff here need basic training and the manager is useless. I won’t be going back to this store

The staff and services are excellent, very knowledgeable, and helpful in finding and fitting a harness for a King Charles Cavalier. Evan offered an engraving service for a pet tag.

We have also booked in for their grooming suite, which is very reasonably priced.
Currently, they are running a sale, bargains we purchased, including a very large pet bed.

I can highly recommend this store if you are a dog owner.

My husband purchased 6 neon tetra and 2 clown loaches from Pets at Home. Within 3 days the neons were dead and I couldn’t find their bodies. By day 5 the two loaches were dead and I retrieved their bodies and cleaned the tank. However the P@H fish had already contaminated the water and given all my other fish a terrible white fungus which after another 3 days killed 6 year old clown loach, Ruby shark and a leopard loach. I will never buy fish from P@H again!!!!

After spending quite a lot on toys at this store I was served at the till by a young lady called Maya who was grumpy and didn’t say good afternoon or hello just scanned my goods and asked for payment , no festive joy was given or a smile …😡
May I offer you some advice to you Maya, give up on retail as you are grumpy and none customer service friendly AWFUL SERVICE …. May this review be a wake up call to the manager of this store and the company …
I will never come back and spend my money here again …
