Thanks for your recent reply totally sarcastic as service provider and not necessary sums up the shops attitude to customer service.

You have overcharged and taken umbrage to that when pointed out to you and your attitude. The photo frames were not at the higher end and in fact exactly the same as the first time in which you did a good job and charged £70 at the end if May 2021 for three frames large framing overall. Picture of one of the frames is enclosed to jog your memory there were 3 in total all the same size. Your shop also took a deposit and I paid the rest later so no special favours done here. This is how most shops operate with goodwill to their customers.

The point with regards the frames being in your shop for two weeks ?, I do not get yes you called twice and I advised you was unable to collect and will do so. Seems a pointless point to mention you are a shop that stores customers frames.

You then charged 3 times the amount paid in May 2021 for 4 frames 5 months later. Yes I would agree the 4th frame was more expensive than the others. Yes you did also do a good job.

My whole argument with you was your rudeness a service provider when pointed out that the frames and the sizes were much cheaper elsewhere on the internet. Agreed that you are providing a service but
you had overcharged me somewhat on your services.

The moto of the story I should have not been fooled by your patter for why the prices have trebbled in 5 months from the last purchase with you, and you would not have agreed to a reduction if the prices were not inflated. This is business!!.

I will leave potential customers to decide if you have been reasonable. I would also urge customers to shop around before buying.

I came for my new born baby’s passport photo and digital code. Staff are very professional and did a fantastic job. Also explained everything. I will highly recommend this place. Money well spent.
