Ordered a bag for Christmas. Called to cancel the next day when realized the product is very poorly designed and literally nothing in their apartment of a strip and one zipper. The rejected to cancel and refund.

A beautiful shop - bought some lovely eucalyptus lights which sadly didn't work, however, the staff were brilliant and replaced my lights straight away even though I live 300 miles away. They responded immediately with kindness and courtesy - I can't recommend them highly enough. I shall definitely be shopping there again when I next visit my daughter.
