We love visiting Parents Paradise. There is so much for the kids to do. The staff are all so friendly and really get involved. My 5 year old loves the interactive games and the Go Karts and my 1 year old loves the slides and sensory areas. The staff are so friendly and food is great!

Also, just want to add, it is so clean! Staff are always cleaning, clearing tables and hoovering with the swivel hoovers.

Just came back from a birthday party and we had an amazing time! Everything was super smooth thanks to our amazing host Holly! She helped us with anything we needed and made sure everything was okay and on time. She also made a beautiful sign for my daughter, we took it home with us to keep! 🙂
All staff were super friendly and helpful too!

Had my son’s 3rd birthday here and everything was lovey! A special thank you to Amber who was our host, what a lovely kind person she was to have as our host. Really wanted to give Amber a tip but wasn’t sure if we were allowed. If you are thinking of organising a party here please do so it’s worth it and all my party guest enjoyed this experience as much as the children. I gave 4 stars as the party guest were only allowed to have one parent per child and I was being asked to pay for 2 adults that joined one child and it was agreed that if a extra parent attended they would need to pay on the door so that was slightly annoying. However Amber dealt with my request and we are grateful ☺️

I have been having parties here in the last few years , never been disappointed. The place is clean, food is good, staff friendly and professional. I must say a special thank you to my party host ( I think her name was Gemma) she was AMAZING , professional, very organised , managed the children very well.Honestly the name Parents Paradise says it all , it was so easy for me as a parent didn’t have to worry about anything.
We had the unicorn party on Saturday in the Lagoon party room which was nicely decorated according to the theme.
Thanks again to my party host and the other girl that helped her too I owe you a box of chocolates.

We booked our daughter’s birthday party at Parents Paradise, and from start to finish they were absolutely wonderful! Well organised, and everything is thought about. All we had to bring was the birthday cake and party bags - everything else was sorted. A special mention to Anya, who was our party host for the afternoon. She kept everything running smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the day. Most importantly, my daughter loved her party! Definitely recommend.

Great soft play. My niece is 5 and really enjoys it. There is a seperate area for smaller children which is nice. Lots of spaces to relax for adults whilst the kids are playing too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and served quickly. Would recommend.

Great place, lots to do for all the ages. Food and drink prices reasonable. Place was very clean, staff were friendly. The go karts are great but extra (not included in ticket price). Plenty of parking, all free.

Hello, We had our kids birthday party in Parents Paradise and I must admit one of the best places I have been for birthday. The people there are great and very professional. Though we had full house, the team managed to maintain the warm smile and arranged all our requirements. Kids had a blast. I am definitely going back there for my kids birthday.. Highly recommend it to anyone!!
