WON'T EVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I ordered some boxes that were advertised wrongly. Upon receiving them I was disappointed with them so spoke to someone called Jane who advised me to return the goods. She promised she would give me a full refund including return postage. It cost me over £10 to send the boxes back. I sent her an email to let her know I had returned the goods and hoped she would reimburse returns postage as she had promised. I didn't get a refund. Instead I got an email to say she didn't promise anything of the sort. Very unprofessional.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars i absolutely would. I ordered my envelopes for my business on the 2nd Feb and till this day I have nothing. I sent emails and was told my products were out of stock after I had paid. No one called or sent me an email to inform me of this so I was just waiting for a parcel that was never coming. Till now I have sent emails and someone replies and doesn’t follow up. No refund or product. I have called several times and no one responds. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Till now I have no refund and haven’t been able to speak to a human on the phone once. You’re better off ordering from Amazon. I have never experienced such horrible service from a company in my life.

I was looking for sustainable and eco friendly alternatives to my mailing bags with Packaging Chimp and they recommended the paper mailers they have recently introduced, I had these delivered next day and these have been a direct replacement to the mailing bags I currently use. Stellar prices, Grade A delivery and wonderful customer service. Recommended!

I have been using Packaging Chimp for about two years now for cake boxes and cake drums. I was given a set discount from the beginning just by asking them nicely. Sometimes there are missing items in my order but this is common among my wholesale suppliers. Last time I have 100 lids to fit 8" boxes missing which I realised 6 weeks after I received the order. I got on the chat on the website and the next day the lids arrived to me. Customer service was great and they actually send me items that were reported 5 weeks late from my side. They have treated me like a valuable wholesale customer and that is why I trust to keep using their products and services.

Standard shipping set's you back about £5 for next business day delivery which would be fine, if the courier they use didn't have an overall rating of 1.5 star, who can't deliver their parcels when they said they would. Was given a delivery slot of between 12 and 1 but when I waited in till just after 2.30 I decided that It was enough and had to get on with my day, so I left to do other things.

When I came back, I noticed that the parcel still hadn't been delivered and there was no "sorry we missed you" note so I had to go searching on google for information on how track my delivery. Once I found where my parcel was, I saw that they attempted delivery at 2.50, an hour and a half after they said they would.

I then went to reschedule my delivery, to find that the next possible day I can get delivered is Monday... so not next business day, but instead an entire week after I had ordered.

I haven't received my products yet but I know I won't be using Packaging Chimp again, as I was relying on their "next business day delivery"

Going back to my previous supplier, little bit more expensive, but at least they use DPD and I'm guaranteed to get my order the next day.

I ordered 3 items from Packaging Chimp on the 28/may/2020 and had not received the order 5 days later. I made contact with the company asking why it had not been shipped yet and only at this point they told me that one of the items which was a 'roll of bubble wrap' had to be COLLECTED in person yet my other two items were to be shipped. It was not indicated to me at all before or after placing the order that I would have to collect one of the items that I ordered. Would not recommend this company at all. Misleading and very unprofessional.

I decided to try this company as an alternative to my other. I ordered with the website saying fast delivery. 10 days later still nothing and can't get in touch with anyone. If you want your business operational I'd say avoid using them
