Tucked away somewhat, needs proper signage on the main road. Lots of plants and bargains on offer. Plenty of good quality plants. Lots of other garden items and good quality affordable greetings cards, household extras. Handy cafe serving various foods.

I love this place. This is a great garden centre for a mosey around … with a good range of shrubs, roses & bedding plants. Good selection of pots and sundries and pretty much everything you need for outdoor garden life. But the thing I love most …. is the Sunday roast with a view at their cafe!!! Amazing view with little lambs bleating in the background. This place always cheers me up & leaves me plant rich & penny poor!! :)) Happy place!

I am a Support Worker & visited Otter Nurseries on Thursday February 20th with my elderly client who has severe Dementia (we visit often). This particular day a really wonderful gentleman was working, I didn't ask his name unfortunately, he was middle aged, had said he'd been there for 2 years & was working around the plants & at the checkout, he was the only employee that we saw. PLEASE please would you give him another HUGE thank you & lots of praise as he was just the most kindest, sweetest, helpful & thoughtful man & treated my client like a Queen, she was SO happy. What a wonderful asset to your team he is🙏🤗🌟!!

Lovely garden centre to visit for lunch and a look around. It was busy when we went on a Wednesday lunchtime, but we managed to get a table for four. There was a slight queue to order food but nothing too bad. Good range of sandwiches, salads and hot mains like cottage pie, fish and chips and jacket potato for a reasonable price. There were lovely views from the cafe so it's worth a trip, even if for just a coffee and cake. There were a good range of gifts for Christmas, including chocolates, games and various books as well as stuff for pets.

We had an offer on the standard breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Went to a friend's funeral, then returned for a very tasty and hot bowl of soup.

Small but perfect for us. Loved the Xmas displays this year some really good prices. They have a car park. Wheelchair access and disabled toilet.. Never used the cafe but looks nice.
