Used to be a really good shop with good prices, now they almost never have stock and are always closed early.

Only rarely open after 8. When it is open there are always unloaded delivery carts blocking the aisles.

Good shop. Staff are above average looking. At least. 7/10 some even at 9/10. Not that I’m sexualising. Just honest truth. Also glad they had good pain killers and a watermelon vape.

Random opening times - I've had a handwritten
"Soz, closed =)" appear on the door a half dozen times in the last few months.

When it *is* open, expect cages and boxes to fill up the narrow aisles and frequently out of stock of key items like milk, beans, eggs & bread.

I can forgive these things a couple of times, here and there - but it's all the time.

Just got to onestop at 9:10 - closing time 9:30pm - staff closing shutters being met by friends. Not on. Shame for our New Years, hope they have a better one.

Recently being closed seemingly when I need something due to "unforeseen circumstances". 2 hours during the day and also closing an hour early on a Saturday? If it keeps on happening then someone needs sacking, then again I don't think they would be able to replace any staff.

Sadly although convenient this store employs someone dishonest and with a gambling problem, after using this store for the first time ever over the weekend I had 4 transactions amounting to £90 taken from my account within 12 hours to gamble with BETFRED, I have been recommended to inform the police … if if had been stolen to buy food or nappies I could have forgiven but I work hard and cannot afford to gamble so I am furious.

Disable Discrimination: This shop refused to listen to my Reasonable Allowance for my Disability. Thats right, they wouldn't let me say what I needed; they stopped me short stating that NO Reasonable Allowance would be made for me.
