Terrible customer service. Told my father they wouldn’t be delivering until later in the day. Came three hours early when father wasn’t in. Tried to charge £70 for redelivery. Even though it was their fault. Father cancelled the order to be told he had to pay £40 to cancel. Completely ripping off older people. Disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We ordered 10 chairs, and within a week 2 bases had snapped. Contacted Office monster who very quickly looked in to the issue, and after talking to the manufacturer arranged for all 10 bases to replaced asap, as it was a potential H&S Issue. Turns out it was a fault in the moulding process. Great customer service & a first class response.

I am actually surprised how good this company is. During the current pandemic, I had as well to work from home. I find it very difficult as I have chronic back pain and a good chair is the most important thing for me.
After doing lots of research I could not find a website with decent prices, good quality chairs and prompt delivery, until I discovered office monster. The variety of products was astonishing and the products are to high standards. I managed to order a nice office chair (pretty similar to the chair i have in my real office), with next day delivery. Price was already with discount and very reasonable. Due to high demand next day delivery had to be pushed to 2 working days, but with the situation at the moment I am glad that on the 2nd working day I received my chair! Easy to assemble (10-15min) and I cannot explain how good it is and took away my back pain instantly. Also, I had two interactions with customer support team, and they were both excellent!!! Friendly, sympathetic and 100% willing to help... I cannot do more than recommend this company to my other colleagues that are looking to adjust their home office! Keep up the great job!!!

I ordered a chair about a year ago. All went smoothly. Last week, the arm snapped off it. I emailed office monster on the offchance they could help, and within 2 days I had a replacement arm delivered, at no cost. Literally the best customer service experience I've ever had, I think.

Dogsh*t. Ordered a cork board to attach photos to for our son's first birthday party. Specifically chose next day delivery and paid more so it would arrive in time. Two days later and it still isn't here. The party is first thing tomorrow morning, so by the time it finally shows up it will be useless. I tried helping a small business by ordering direct but won't be bothering in future. At least Amazon is reliable.

Ordered x2 items on 7th April 2021. Same day received 2 emails one to state that the ordered has been confirmed and the second to state that one item ordered is not in stock.
On the 28th April chased the items as none received, to be sent an email with a google map point which confirmed the delivery. When challenged as it was not the correct address to be told that they will investigate and get back to me, and ill send the items "if not received". when I asked to speak with the manager, the same line, we need to investigate.
Phone call received 2 hrs later to be informed that the items will be posted and that the next day delivery charge will be reimbursed as not received the next day. Informed that will receive the items in 48hrs. On the 29th April had an A4 Advice note through the mailbox which had written "cannot deliver - 11.45am", no contact number or link or anything.

It is a joke of company - if I wouldn't have chased the items, the company would have made use of my money without delivering the items that on 30th April at 19.12pm I am still waiting for!

Should have read the reviews. Customer service is quick but received damaged items and it has been a nightmare to sort out. Two weeks later still wasting my time with emails. Will try and avoid using this place again. Stuff is cheap but costs you more in time to sort it out.

Very disappointed with a customer service. Before I have placed the order with Office Monster I have requested to check the stock through live chat and I have been reassured that everything is in stock. Unfortunately, 3 days later I have received an email of product being out of stock and the product should be in stock by 13th March. On 13th March another email received apologising that stock have been delay until 31st March. On Friday 27th March I have spoken to customer service again to ensure that the stock will be coming soon and sadly, I have been informed that the product has been discontinued. Completely wasted a month of waiting!
