Absolute fantastic service from start to finish. All the staff were extremely helpful when we initially visited the store and the process was very good right until delivery. The delivery was conducted in a very professional manner, the furniture was assembled, all packaging removed and all rooms left clean and clear.
I’m very happy with our purchases, great value for money and lovely products all delivered in time for Christmas!

Absolutely great service and gigantic showroom with plenty of inventory. We were greeted by Malik Yousaf, who was always helpful but never pushy. The product they got seemed like good quality and sturdy. Would recommend anyone who wanted to check out their furniture in person to pay this showroom a visit

Great Oak furniture collection!! The furniture looks great and they’ve got some modern sets. The sofas were comfy and reasonably priced. The furniture was heavy looking and build to last.
Overall it was a great place to get some furniture inspiration and home ideas if you’re a new home owner.

Aboslute disgust at the service. Paid £2000 for a sofa early December which they said could have been delivered in 7 days. Delayed it 3 weeks due to house being done. Was supposed to come last Thursday and never did - the driver rang me to say parts missing and apparently head office should have told me. They never did. The next day I had to chase them - they guaranteed it today (monday). Called them twice to confirm at 9an and 5pm and they said yes it's on the way to you after they checked with the depot. The confirmed it is coming today and still nothing. Appaling lack or communication. Depot is a mess and they haven't even responded to my email from last week. Avoid at all costs. Big company they do not care about the customer.

Christopher was very patient, knowledgable, polite, explained everything in details and made me feel important as a customer as he was listening to what I needed the most!

Great store with really good staff, got an excellent deal on a couple of bedroom suites and a sofa and chair. All staff couldn't be more helpful, and our salesman Malik was completely non pushy and extremely helpful post purchase! Bedroom furniture is really solid wood everywhere and well built, although recliner is a bit creaky.

Well, I don’t know how to start very very very disappointing experience with this company. After choosing a three seater two seater and one seater sofa and placing the order in the showroom and paying by debit card upfront at the cost of £3400+ were told yes no problem. Everything is in stock and agreed delivery date, of the 11/4/24 . After then receiving a email of the confirmation delivery date, it was followed up shortly afterwards by another email stating there was issues with one or two of the items and I needed to login to my account to arrange a new delivery date. This was no good to us as we had a family Arranged to come over on the 13th. The company was prepared to give us £150
compensation but we wished and instructed them to cancel the order despite visiting the showroom on three separate occasions, we had confirmation that our order had been cancelled and our refund has been processed , that the money had left their account and would be in our account within initially 3 to 4 days (told by store) which materialise later to 7days. After waiting the 7days and again visiting the store asking what happened to the refund and was given the Customer Services phone number to ring ourselves as the store could only tell us the order had been cancelled on the system. I later contacted Customer Services who told me that for some reason She needed to re-raise a refund and get the manager to sign it off before it could be processed. We eventually received the refund less than seven days later. Very disappointed with the service overall will not be going back there again to buy anything. be very careful when dealing with this company , as they seem to tell you lies and misleading facts. Since then went to another company ordered a three seater and one seater delivered the following day. happy days.

Received by best service from a young gentleman, by the name of Malik.
Have purchased in the from Oakland Furniture, and will hopefully be purchasing some items very soon.
