Can't rate the service of Not Just A Print enough. I was let down for partners Valentine's gift by another company who make similar custom made prints of song lyrics. Not Just A Print managed to make it straight away and it was delivered the next day. Beautifully gift wrapped and packaged. Great communication too!

I had a cushion I wasnt happy with, was told that's how it's meant to be, I should have had a preview but didn't have this , if I had I wouldn't have purchased the item as it looks cheap and nasty which it wasnt. I haven't had a reply from them, so am stuck with a naff cushion as it was for a present I feel I cant give it to my friend as it does look bad. Avoid because they could have at least replied to me.
