Customer service is fab! Kept me informed all of the way. Was a slight delay due to quality issues but so glad I was I formed and they weren't just sent out as some other companies would have just sent them. They came and I am amazed at how good the quality is. Absolutely love them. Only downside is that they were a gift and not for me. Definitely be getting myself a pair. Best custom trainers I've seen. Love love love them. NOZ really went above and beyond with these. Thank you for these and for making my parter so happy, he raves about them.

If you don't mind the receiver flashing their torch and showing you the reflective vinyl every two mins then definitely get some.

None of Zero is an amazing company. I have already purchased twice from them. NOZ makes sure that each pair of shoes that he does comes out amazing. He stays in touch with the customer throughout the whole process. The first time I purchased from him, I bought the Reflective Oblique with Swarovski crystals. Each time I wear them, I get so many compliments. The second time I purchased from him, I bought the full cherry blossoms. That was his first time working with the cherry blossoms design. For it being his first time, I say they came out better than what I was expecting. Just like the first pair, I also received many compliments when I wear them. You cannot go wrong with choosing None of Zero to do your custom shoes.

I orderd a custom giraffe nike air force shoe as I'm am obsessed with giraffes I messaged NOZ and we came up with an amazing giraffe custom trianer. I couldn't of asked for a better service I got everything I asked for a more. Will be definitely ordering again.

I hate to call it a scam because I truly wanted the Swarovski Reflective Letters, but I received; We know you have been tracking your custom shoes progress online. We hope you have enjoyed it so far.

I still believed that I would get them and there was just a delay, this was a horrible experience for me. I understand that one can be busy with all the orders coming in, but don’t scam people out of their money..

Especially when everyone works hard for their money. I was willing to pay the price and be patient but my delivery dates continuously changed then all of a sudden my order was canceled so I disputed the charges with my credit card company because it gave me unsettling feelings that it wasn’t legit.

I am happy for others that receive their orders, and maybe business has changed now, but I will never place an order again due to the unprofessionalism I received.

I ordered some custom air forces as a gift for my girlfriend just 2 weeks before Christmas. Despite the short notice and an understandably busy schedule, I received the trainers in time to gift them before Christmas. They went above and beyond with the trainers after asking for a very complicated design. The end result was impeccable and faultless - came out so good that my girlfriend keeps it as a showpiece now. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality custom trainers punctually!

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!
Placed order before Christmas for £259, wrongly assuming they'd be ready for Christmas. Soon realised mistake and contacted NOZ to be told I should have read the smallprint that says 120 days. Paid an additional £40 to guarantee Christmas delivery.
Chased and chased several times with responses from 'we've rang out of crystals' to 'it'll be worth the wait'.
Received Royal Mail tracking number for delivery on 12 May 2023, but this didn't work. Still waiting for item. No longer responding to posts, messages or calls. Website has vanished.
Next stop will be Trading Standards and small claims court.
