Not very disabled friendly. While there is a lift when you eventually find it, it is often filled with containers for stock from the stockroom so you struggle to make room.

I ordered items to be collected in store. My advice to others is..don’t.
After typing my code into machine in store, I then waited 10 minutes for the package to be collected, while the staff stood and gossiped, oblivious to customers. Finally they finished their chat and one of the women went and got my package, asked me my name, looked at the label and passed it to me.
When I got home and went to open my package it had a totally different name on it.
So another hour round trip back to Next to get the right package!
Two hours of driving in total, and very incompetent staff at Newton Abbot Next. I’ll never order there again

Absolutely awful ,however this next is still open I'll never know I walked in, and you could literally hear a pin drop. The silence was deafening the sizes are terrible and so was the choice !
No I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone .

Truly appreciate the professional, immediate and thorough care the manager Sian gave to me after I lost my footing on the stairs today. I was then able to carry out my shopping which was an enjoyable experience. Very helpful friendly staff. Great little store. Thank you.🥰

Sasha is the only positive thing about this store. She made our experience here great. Everything else about it was disappointing. The store managers Jane and George were extremely unhelpful and seemed very uninterested in their place of work. I came in to buy some nice clothes but they came across extremely rude and unwelcoming. The only reason I continued shopping was because of the lovely Sasha. Wouldn't recommend, as the whole experience was unpleasant.

I love Next clothes. The quality is superb, especially on their children's ranges. Prices are a tiny bit on the expensive side in my opinion, but generally I don't mind paying if it lasts. Unfortunately for me their styles haven't been to my taste for a while now, hence the 4 stars not 5.

Mostly lovely helpful staff in this store which is quiet and nicely laid out. Nice variety of clothes for all ages, the childrens department is great here. Parking is okay but no the best, the car park is very tight so always best to go very early morning or late in the evening.

A smaller Next store but they do have a little bit of everything here - ladies, men's, home and children's wear.
I have always found the staff really polite and helpful too.
There is also free parking outside the store.
