Manchester team are stars! Made a simple order enquiry to the official Mulberry customer services online and they never got back to me. Waited 3 days and rang my local store in Manchester instead. The lovely lad I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable about the item I wanted, even without a product code. He was able to instantly direct me to the team at Cheshire Oaks who had the item. The Cheshire Oaks team were also stars and reserved my item for me and even offered me the option of paying online and having the item sent to me to spare me the trip! It’s moments like these where you can’t replace the personal touch of real people in retail v/s soulless shopping online. Brought my item home today and am made up with it. Thank you!!!

I came to visit the mulberry store in Manchester to have a look at a handbag. I didn’t plan on getting it until my birthday in a month time however Emmanuelle was so helpful in helping me choose a bag and going through the different options that I was instantly convinced to come back later on and get it today. She provided glasses of champagne, showed me the different ways the bag can be worn and truly made my experience in buying my first designer handbag very memorable. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience here on Friday.
Was served by two super warm and welcoming ladies emma and didn’t catch the other ladies name. Came in just for a browse to view a couple things I’ve seen online but I felt so welcome and engaged I started to try stuff on and fell in love with the east west Antony so impulsively went for it. Service above and beyond and uplifted me after being looked down on in the selfridges concessions . I work in the same industry so value customer service very highly and you can’t find much better than here.
