Often a queue to get fuel. Well done the pump island has been fixed finally. People park on pumps and go into the shop blocking the pumps, car park is completely wrong and not enough room for cars to reverse out of bays. Items in shop I find are well over priced £4.50 for a crap sandwich and the last one I had the bread was pretty crusty and stale. Staff need training on being polite and courteous to customers e.g " Good afternoon, how can I help today?" Would be a start! Overall I would avoid this garage + shop!

A very useful little stop gap in the middle of nowhere and unlike a lot of petrol stations which fleece you because of the lack of choice, they do not. The food shop is amazing and despite the reviews espousing different experiences, I have always found the staff to be polite, pleasant and professional. They are expensive but that is M&S, nothing beyond the pale though and I do not begrudge paying a little more for what I perceive to be better quality.

Customer service and manager skills need to be attended at this store absolutely discusting lucky for me my aunt works in head office so yes Naomi and your 2 male colleagues who have no name and dont know each other but work together yes the truth will come out believe me and cctv will be a big part in this absolutely discusting attitude it is not getting left alone

I came here yesterday as needed to inflate my tyres.
I was having issues with the machine.
While I was filling my tyres, I waved at the man at the kiosk in the petrol station to come over and he did, he helped me fill all my tyres.
He went above and beyond to help me and with a smile on his face.
A Class customer service.
