Nice enough shop, excellent customer service, big shout out to John! Shelves not always stocked with items that are advertised as being available. Also very hard to get near the shelves sometimes for the amount of staff on shift ...restocking..

I enjoy M&S food. The wrap I had for lunch was/ is the best wrap I've had from M&S £3.10

I found it bizarre to be charged 10p for a flower bag in store today.
Only available at the tills when paying.
It's a cone shaped bag with holes, hardly reusable for anything else or do I lack imagination? Impractical to carry it just for when purchasing M&S flowers.
As the flowers are wet and the greenery will stain I did not want to use my foldable bag I always carry.
Bit mean I think ☹

Would you please stop calling your disabled toilet an Accessible Toilet, every toilet is accessible to someone and by referring to it as such you are making it available to all and sundry therefore when my wife who is disabled uses the toilet it is no surprise to find urine all over the seat, toilet paper strewn all over the floor and the hot tap left running at full pelt, it is no fun having to clean the rest room before you can use it. Please put this right and stop trying to be so stupidly PC

Good sized m+s in the centre of town. Is a bit dated and may need a revamp, but the store and staff are lovely! The cafe was also very quiet.

Very mixed experience. One incredibly helpful member of staff helped me find an item, for which I am incredibly grateful and another (one manning the tills) was incredibly rude to both myself and my grandmother. The quality of products is very good, its an M&S, thats to be expected but some members of staff are unnecessarily unfriendly and rude, not expecting jovility, just politeness.
