Would highly recommend Manchester Vacs. I bought a new Sebo X7 excellent price fast delivery. I then sent the handle from my old Sebo x4, to have a new cable fitted, this was done all within a week of my sending it having it repaired and back to me again. I now have my old Sebo fully working and can have one vac upstairs and one downstairs.

Simply devious. Took our Dyson on 15/06/24. Within a week, we had a rip off quote via phone for the service and repair. (Other repair shops sell refurbed models for the same price). I said we would collect it. I then received a text that the vac was ready for collection. Our original ownership receipt clearly says “appliances not collected within 3 months will be sold…”. We went BEFORE three months (see receipt photo and review date as proof), we were told by the lady “I’m sorry, it’s gone… your receipt says the 6th… we sell them after three weeks… why are you coming now?… we’re not a storage facility…”… I mentioned considering a CCJ and we left. The lady came running out of the store to wave us back. We went back in with the receipt - again pointing out that it clearly states “three months” to collect. Our vac had miraculously re-appeared. Our vac had been used as a donor to repair other machines. They had pinched the hose off of it. This store will try it on! It’s a shame because we have taken other dysons to them in the past. On the way out, I spotted a Dyson hair dryer and asked about it (priced at £75). The lady told us it was a counterfeit model because the originals have dodgy cabling. All in all, dodgy service, probably riddled with counterfeit parts. AVOID. I would recommend they change the “three month” small print on their receipt if they want this scam to wash.

Excellent! Recently bought a Sebo Automatic X7 Pet vac (fantastic by the way - best performing vac I have ever owned). Delightful people, took the time to demonstrate all features of the vac, assembled it and loaded the car too. Enjoyed reading the website - highly entertaining! Definitely recommend.

Just had my Dyson battery delivered. Noticed that the serial number sticker for the battery had been removed. Spoke to a lady at the company and she assured me it was genuine but without serial number how can you tell? Said I could return it but it would be at my own cost as it wasn’t faulty. Poor customer service in my view and actually I bought a Dyson battery which included a serial number so it is faulty as doesn’t include a serial number. Wouldn’t recommend.

We have replaced parts before with the help of YouTube tutorials, however our Dyson DC50 needed a change over valve hose replacement and it looked complicated and a risk of doing more damage if done incorrectly so we contacted Manchester Vacs. They quoted almost 50% cheaper than another repair shop we called and had the job done and vacuum ready to collect in under 24hours. The shop is also easy to get to by car being close to the M60.
The vacuum cleaner is now working better than before the problem started. The staff were friendly and helpful. 100% would go back again and would recommend to family and friends.

Brilliant company - not only did they have a part for my older Dyson but they give instructions on how to fit it too. It was a cyclone release clip which was an integral part of the handle. Looked impossible to fit until we scanned the given QR code and behold found easy to understand instructions.
Not only that but the part wasn't expensive and arrived promptly.
Thanks Manchester Vacs - we don't need to buy a new Vacuum cleaner now. 🙂

You’re guaranteed yourVAC within 3 months after taking in for repair.
Was quoted a price we thought was overpriced and attempts to pick up, and they pretended they’d sold it on.
After saying we’d take to court they magically appear to have found our Vac.
