Bessa is absolutely brilliant! A mailing legend if I can put it that way. I had to send parcel to India and in the past had terrible experience of things getting lost and never reaching the destination. I had things to send to my parents. Bessa not only sorted the best delivery, she packed my things, sorted the labels and gave me all details and assurance that I wanted at that time. She asked me to take photos of the packages. I have never seen such attention to detail especially from mail services. She got all this done under 10 minutes. She works like a machine but makes sure to always have a friendly attitude towards all her customers. Thanks to her diligence and perfection, the parcels reached my parents. I am so thankful and grateful for this amazing service. I have also used their services for printing etc. You are always treated with respect.

She is always happy to assist, she can provide a number of services from Mail Box rental, copying, worldwide shipping or postal services to packing.

I have been to this place twice and have found them extremely expensive, my wife got a box for a computer, my wife asked for a quote for next day delivery to Leeds, she was quoted £110, my wife couldn’t believe the outrageous quote, she then offered my wife a quote of £20, why was this not offered along with the outrageous quote, be weary of stores like this who want to rip you off rather than give all the options, this place relies on Mugs or vulnerable people in my opinion.
