This is the second time that Akash has rescued me with a short notice job. He’s come up trumps again and I’m so grateful. Quality is good, and he kept me informed all the way. Very good price, too.

Very disappointing!

I tried to get some table numbers printed here (5 A6 double-sided pieces), but the guy (I think his name was Akash) didn't seem to know how to achieve this. I made some suggestions but in the end gave up.

Also printed 40 double-sided pieces of standard cheap paper and was charged £40.
This feels extremely expensive considering the fact I could have bought a printer and paper for £40. It would have felt more reasonable if the quality or customer service had felt worth it.

Akash was very friendly, but he also made no attempt to do his work efficiently. After being there for over half an hour (with no other customers), I said I had to go in 10 minutes, but he didn't seem to try to speed up or suggest I come back later.
He was also using the guillotine without using the ruler to make sure the lines were straight.

Overall, I felt like I'd had no expert advice and, unfortunately, will not be returning if I can avoid it.

For postage related things or generic printing, I think they're fine, but don't try doing anything creative here at all.

I am a regular customer to Mail Boxes Borehamwood for well over 6 years, their service is exceptional throughout, Michael, Yaw and Akash are a great team and always happy to assist.

It is a one stop shop where you can Print, Pack and post things out both locally and International. They also offer Mail Box services for both Personal and Business needs which is handy.

They are always happy to assist and provide the right information for you to decide what service suits best to your needs.

I went on Friday 31/05 to ship some items, I was attended to by the man name Akash, he billed me 203.12 but the invoice that got to the recipient is £100. I’ll take this up until I get my money back. Please don’t bother using them, save yourself the stress and look for somewhere else.

Absolutely shocking customer service. The men working there are rude and totally disinterested in helping you. As you enter, before you get the chance to ask them a question, they tell You that they can’t send your package, you have to go to the post office down the road. And there is no point advertising your opening hours on your shop Window if you don’t actually abide by them

UPS sent my package here without my approval and surprise, the store is open from 09:30-17:00 only Monday-Friday, impossible hours for many who work daily.
