Advertise pack and ship but they can only manage to pack simple and small things which is easier to do yourself. I'll brought something slightly more awkward and they can't seem to manage it. What's the point in offering pack and ship?

An amazing place to get anything printed. I popped in on the off chance that they would be able to help me after being recommended...…Greeted by two lovely members of staff, who looked and dealt with my query incredibly professionally. The printing quality for my business was exceptional. I am very impressed and it is nice to know we have such a professionals printers and members of society within the Andover Community. Absolutely superb service. Having been let down by another printer we needed table cards printed for a wedding tomorrow. Wendy and Darren leapt to our aid and the cards were printed and collected in less than two hours. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A first and last visit from me today. Popped in to get a single A4 sheet printed, granted not the most exciting or lucrative print job but business nonetheless. Walked in to get barked single word instructions by both members of staff about how to email the doc over rather than a simple sentence explaining the process. In addition, I noticed they have a minimum £2.50 charge for any job. Awful customer service and a very expensive piece of A4 paper!

I went to this shop today to buy an envelope for a large document but the guy at reception was horrible and screamed at me, he did not even check the stock. He asked me why did I went there twice. I was shocked and never expected such behaviour from him. I told him he does not need to shout and I will complaint about him. Very disappointed.

I contacted Mailboxes to request a collection from Dreweatts Auction House and despatch to my home in Birmingham. The person I spoke to, Wendy, was bright, cheerful, positive and helpful. The item was a very fragile light fitting. When it arrived it was incredibly well packaged: boxed within a box wrapped in bubble wrap and even incorporating 2 full size blankets! Whichever way you look at it this was smart, efficient excellent service well beyond my expectations. Throughout, I received regular updates from the staff. Excellent, exceptional five star service!!
